As part of efforts to support infrastructure development and improve urban planning quality, Al Qaryah Engineering & Surveying Consultants executed a comprehensive land surveying project in Al-Thuqbah District, Eastern Province. This vital and rapidly expanding neighborhood required meticulous planning and highly professional execution. The project covered an extensive area exceeding 18 square kilometers, necessitating precision at every stage.
The surveying operations relied on cutting-edge measurement equipment, including high-precision Global Positioning Systems (GPS) and Total Stations, enabling accurate documentation of road networks, property boundaries, natural slopes, and underground utility lines such as sewage, water, and electricity.
Our specialized team also prepared professional digital maps in line with Geographic Information System (GIS) standards and developed 3D digital terrain models (DTM). These deliverables provided urban planners and government entities with a detailed and reliable spatial understanding, supporting well-informed infrastructure and development decisions.
