In line with efforts to improve residential land allocation and urban layout efficiency, Al Qaryah was commissioned to conduct a comprehensive surveying study for multiple land grant layouts across Wadi Al-Dawasir, Riyadh region. The total area covered reached approximately 25 square kilometers, spread over several desert sites requiring specialized technical solutions.
The team utilized drone-based photogrammetry to generate precise topographic maps, along with RTK GPS technology to ensure pinpoint accuracy in georeferencing key survey points.
Al Qaryah delivered detailed technical reports that included slope analysis, utility path evaluations, and practical recommendations for land division and investment strategies, all aligned with municipal development objectives. All outputs were reviewed in coordination with local authorities to ensure compliance with regional planning regulations.
