About the project
The 12 Luxury Villas Project is located in Al-Khuzama District, Riyadh. The development is being constructed on a total land area of 3,850 square meters, with a total built-up area of 5,089.36 square meters.

ABAK Engineering Consultancy is providing engineering supervision and on-site project monitoring. Our scope includes monitoring construction activities, reviewing structural works, controlling construction quality, and ensuring that the works comply with the approved drawings and technical specifications.
The project has currently reached 60% completion of the structural works and related activities, reflecting the ongoing progress of construction and the commitment to the approved execution requirements, quality standards, and safety measures.
