Engineering Creativity and Sustainable Safety
At ABAK Engineering Consultancy, we undertook a project that falls within the scope of certified safety works, aiming to ensure that the building fully complies with the applicable safety regulations.
With a total area of 10,002 m², the project required precise planning and detailed studies to cover all aspects of the building and its requirements.
The scope of work included :
• Drawing Plans: Preparation of engineering drawings for the safety systems in accordance with approved standards.
• Compliance Report: Issuance of detailed reports confirming the building’s compliance with Civil Defense requirements and other relevant authorities.
• Safety Systems: Study, review, and approval of safety systems (including alarm systems, firefighting systems, emergency exits, and ventilation systems related to safety).
• The project represents one of the main branches of Al Rajhi Bank, which required the highest level of accuracy in execution to ensure compliance with safety standards and the protection of both employees and clients.
• The implemented works contribute to enhancing safety, minimizing potential risks, and ensuring the swift approval from the Civil Defense.
