Aramak Project, located on Anas Bin Malik Road in Al Narjis District, Riyadh, is considered one of the prominent mixed-use developments. ABAK Engineering Consultancy contributed to the Aramak Project, situated on Anas Bin Malik Road in Al Narjis District, with a total area of approximately 40,000 square meters. The development combines residential, commercial, and hospitality components within a comprehensive urban framework that embodies quality planning and implementation.

ABAK was responsible for preparing and designing the safety layouts and fire protection systems for the project, in accordance with the requirements of the Saudi Civil Defense and the Saudi Building Code, ensuring the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

Scope of Work:

• Design of fire fighting systems

• Preparation of early warning and fire alarm system layouts

• Review and approval of safety requirements and drawings

• Technical coordination with the concerned authorities for drawings approval and Civil Defense handover
