The Diplomatic Quarter is one of the most prominent governmental and diplomatic areas in Riyadh, home to several ministries and embassies.
ABAK Engineering Consultancy was honored to be entrusted by the Ministry of Tourism to execute a specialized project focused on designing and approving fire safety and evacuation systems for a multi-story building within the ministry’s premises.
The project included preparing safety and evacuation plans, obtaining official approvals, supervising system implementation, and ensuring full compliance with Civil Defense regulations.
Scope of Work
• Preparing fire safety and evacuation system plans.
• Coordinating with authorities for approval and certification.
• Supervising installation, testing, and commissioning of systems.
• Obtaining the Civil Defense completion certificate for the project.
This project aims to enhance safety standards across government facilities and ensure a sustainable and secure work environment, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
