Nova, A radisson resort

ABAK Engineering Consultancy carried out a comprehensive scope of integrated engineering services within the Nova Resort project, located in Al-Muzahimiyah. The resort is one of the distinguished tourism projects under the Radisson Resorts Group, requiring a high level of accuracy in engineering works and the preparation of engineering drawings in accordance with top standards and specifications.

The project covered a total land area of over 6,000,000 m², including full site surveying, safety drawings, and the issuance of all municipal permits, in addition to handing over the site requirements to the Civil Defense.

Scope of Work includes : A complete surveying operation was carried out for an active work area of approximately 30,000 m², using advanced geospatial technologies to determine coordinates, boundaries, elevations, and topographic features—providing accurate data to support future development decisions.

ABAK prepared approved fire & life safety plans, including evacuation routes, alarm and fire-fighting systems, and emergency exits, fully aligned with Saudi Civil Defense codes.

The site documentation was submitted and handed over to Civil Defense for compliance.

Our team completed all technical submissions required for issuing the resort’s municipal permits, ensuring full alignment with the regulations of the municipality and relevant authorities.

The delivered engineering works enhanced the accuracy of site data, improved infrastructure planning, strengthened safety compliance, and facilitated a smoother and faster licensing process—supporting the resort’s readiness for safe, sustainable operation and guest reception.
