About the project
The Aramak Project, located on Anas Bin Malik Road in Al-Narjis District, Riyadh, is a mixed-use urban development spanning approximately 40,000 square meters. The project integrates residential, commercial, and hospitality components within a comprehensive urban environment.
ABAK Engineering Consultancy provided specialized engineering services for the project through the preparation and design of life safety plans and fire protection systems tailored to the project’s diverse uses. The scope of work included the design of fire protection systems, the preparation of early warning and evacuation plans, the review of safety requirements, and the preparation of plans for approval.
The engineering works were developed in accordance with Saudi Civil Defense regulations and the Saudi Building Code, with technical coordination carried out with the relevant authorities to ensure safety compliance and regulatory alignment.
ABAK’s scope of work included:
• Fire protection systems design.
